Man Ties Cats With Duct Tape, Beats Them & Dumps Them In Chute, Cats Die On Impact

The officers of Nassau County Police Department were notified of a horrifying case of animal abuse that led to the death of 6 cats and kittens. The felines were found dead with “grievous, gruesome” injuries and blunt force trauma after being thrown down a building’s garbage chute.

Initial investigations suggest that the cats were bound by duct tape and beaten repeatedly by 37-year-old Justin J. Visconti, the alleged culprit. It is unclear whether he lured in the cats through food, traps or some other method. Spread the word and help the cops find and arrest this violent psychopath.

Update: Justin has been arrested and charged with four counts of aggravated cruelty to animals. Apparently, he has an extensive criminal record with previous arrests for grand larceny, stalking, coercion, aggravated harassment, and criminal contempt. A search of his apartment showed substantial evidence of animal abuse.

Justin, who is from Mineola, will face up to 2 years in prison, if convicted. As of now, he has been arraigned in court. His bail is set at $40,000, and he has been ordered to stay away from animals. Let’s demand a strict sentence for this dangerous criminal. Spread the word.
